After only a few months we found that the battery held a charge for a noticeably shorter period and took longer and longer to recharge. Apart from that, no complaints.

Great phone, lots of features, battery holds a charge forever. I've used the phone all over the country, and only had trouble connecting where there was no service. Never had a problem with the antenna either.

The little extentable antenna is weak and easily broken. Luckily it is not needed in most urban metropolitan areas.

It may seem bulky, but it feels most like a regular phone. Dial button easy to use. No vibrating alert. Need specail adapters for hands free use.
