I like the size.
It only drops calls in spots that all phones drop them.
I always know where the speaker holes are at.
No hunting for the volume sweet spot.
And who cares about add-ons, it's just a phone.

I've owned many phones and this has all the workings of a good solid working Man's phone without the games ,tip calculator or calculator that some frilly phones come with.

Small yes, ergonomically correct no. Very difficult to make one handed calls. Reception is poor and drops calls often. The mechanical flip is very loose. I strongly advise not purchasing this phone.

This phone in my opinion is by far the best phone I have. Going from a Startac 3000 to this 7867 was worth it! I'm very seldom on my computer. With the mini-browser on this 7867 the internet is at my finger tips! My next phone well be the Motorola Timeport. Keep up the great work Motorola!

Phone's technology is very friendly but I experience cut-offs too. Where I live (in Manhattan) being cut-off is a function of the 1) time I call (5PM being impossible) and location. I'm not exactly "loyal" to Motorola yet, but I dearly love the engineering of this phone...

Indeed a great phone features-wise and size wise, but mine as well drops just about EVERY call that I make (or receive), I hear that the Sprint service is much better than this phone presents it to be!

It drops my calls way too often. I'm generally satisfied with the size, durability, and sound quality but the dropped calls is very frustrating.

I bought the Motarola Star Tac 7867..and it is a great phone. The only problem is with Sprints Service. They have many dead spots in the sub-urbs. But I put the internal antenna sticker in my phone, and it helped me. I could not hold a phone call for 3 minutes, but now I could speak without any call drops, and its crystal clear.
