I received my m3097 about a week ago now and it has since been dropped 6 times on hard tile (due to the dog yanking the cord during charging or whatever) and it still is scuff free and works like a charm. The phone is as durable as they come. So far I have compared the service and clerity to 2 different Nokias (one using AT&T and the other using VoiceStream) and the Motorola seems to pick up signals better no matter where we are. The menus on the 3097 (even though not as simple as the Nokias) are easily navigated, and the feature list is pretty complete. The only things that I truly miss on this phone are a clock (would be nice for missed calls), and oddly enough the phone can receive alphanumeric messages, yet does not have the ability to send them (however it does have a feature to return call)! The only other "complaint" I have about the phone is the fact that you cannot easily change the service provider te
