The FS5000 is a system designed to match today’s
interiors and lifestyles. Don’t be fooled by its small size
– this little guy has excellent sound. JVC uses 4-layer
voice coils wound with square wire, which is 20% more
space-efficient than typical voice coil, meaning higher
driving power for more substantial bass. The full-range
speakers provide natural, clear sound and they are back
ported to give an emphasized bass response. The
FS5000 uses a unique fluorescent display that places. A
second layer behind the first for the display of an
analog clock. For convenience, the clock display
remains lit during standby mode. The FS5000 comes
with a "dimmer" function for nighttime and a 20-minute
backup to protect against power failure.
