Center Channel Speaker
This center channel speaker is the timbre-matched
complement to all other Northridge Series speakers and
is the ideal choice for surround sound systems using
these products.
JBL’s all-new Northridge Series loudspeakers have been
designed using technologies developed for their LSR
(Linear Spatial Reference) Studio Monitors. They
represent what may be the finest combination of value
and performance JBL has produced to date.
Each Northridge Series speaker cabinet has radiused
edges to eliminate diffraction, which can blur imaging.
The high and mid frequency drivers are mounted close
together on their own bezel to approximate a single
point source and provide uniform dispersion. Finally, all
drivers are mounted to the speaker using JBL’s
IsoPower baffle design, which provides a rigid,
non-resonant mounting surface, enhancing driver
performance for accurate sound reproduction.
