Receiver stopped receiving satellite signal after 4 months. Upon calling around repair shops, I found most technicians said this unit has a manufacturing defect. The only place to get it repaired is sending it directly to Hughes. They wouldn't even give me a repair time frame....they just said it "could take months". I said, "that sure is poor customer service" to which Hughes personnel replied "I know!"

Don't buy Hughes if you want good picture quality. The audio is very clean, but you'll throw things at the screen. Pixels scattered everywhere. Tech support weak at best. I'd give anything to have the picture quality from my old "cheap" RCA rcvr.
